Haven Star is wonderfully talented and passionate young artist. Blessed at an early age with an enchanting voice, this seventeen-year-old has been singing jazz and blues since she was two. Haven lives in Boca Raton, Florida with her Dad, Troy Ross, who is also a musician and one of her biggest musical influences. Other musical influencers in her life are Etta James, Billie Holiday, and Adele.

Appearing in numerous shows throughout Florida, Atlanta, Nashville, and Memphis. Haven has belted out tunes at BB King's in West Palm Beach, not to mention winning the crowds over at Blue Jean Blues and Jazz Club in Fort Lauderdale.

Haven is no stranger to larger venues and has ignited audiences wherever she performs. She has shared the stage at Chastain Park Amphitheatre in Atlanta Georgia with Jeff Beck and Buddy Guy and Jonathan Joseph, Mizner Park Amphitheater (5000 seats venue) with talents such Ambrosia, Mark Stein (Vanilla Fudge), Terry Sylvester (the Hollies), Wayne Nelson (LRB), Phil Kenzie (Beatles), Melanie (Woodstock), and The Livesays. Haven has performed numerous shows at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami, under the direction of the very talented Maestro Eduardo Marturet and the Miami Symphony Orchestra. The sold-out concert was a celebration of the 50 Years of the Beatles Arrival in Miami and Miami Rocks concert. Haven performed the all-time “With a Little Help from My Friends” and “Give Peace a Chance” accompanied by MISO’s 82-member orchestra and the David Anderson ensemble and Rubin Studdard past American Idol winner. This old soul, then at 13 years old, received a standing ovation!

Haven has also managed to impress music executives, producers and fellow artists who have already called her the “future global superstar.” International songwriter, Grammy Award winner, and 2010 Billboard Magazine’s "Producer of The Decade" Rudy Perez took immediate interest in Haven when he listened to her singing “One and Only” in his studio for the first time. The result of this visit together was the recording of one of Perez’ tracks “Let’s All Be A Hero”, Haven’s first recording. Haven also recorded backup vocals for Sam Moores 50th anniversary of the song Soul Man.

"Haven has an incredible talent as well as the drive and commitment of a seasoned artist." — Rudy Perez
